Ad specs

Use these guides for creative and technical requirements for ads in the Experiences player. Each spec page includes creative guidelines and a specifications table for that ad type.

Specs here describe ad creatives (for example, MP4 files), not your app's Stories, Moments, or Videos content. Placement examples in these guides refer to Stories and Moments. For where ads appear in the Experiences Videos content type, see Ad configuration.

Spec guides

Custom native ad specs: Creative guidelines, vertical (9:16) and horizontal (16:9) specifications, and safe zones for placements in Stories or Moments.
VAST ad specs: Creative guidelines and vertical (9:16) and horizontal (16:9) specifications for VAST ad creatives served through the IMA SDK.
Banner ad specs: Creative guidelines and specifications for static 320×50 mobile banners.
