BlazeContentRestrictionHandleType

BlazeContentRestrictionHandleType

BlazeContentRestrictionHandleType is the return type of onContentRestricted. It tells the SDK whether your app took care of the refusal. Whichever value you return, playback of the refused item does not start, and the SDK currently treats both values the same way: it holds the item (it does not skip it) and removes the controls and indicators that would promise playback.

public enum BlazeContentRestrictionHandleType {
    case handledByApp
    case sdkShouldHandle
}
ValueDescription
handledByAppYour app is presenting its own response to the refusal, for example a paywall or sign-in flow.
sdkShouldHandleYour app is leaving the refusal to the SDK. The SDK does not currently present its own restriction UI.

Leaving onContentRestricted unset is the same as returning sdkShouldHandle.
