openedAd	Ad impression.
adPageStart	Ad started playing, or shown for image ads.
adPageFirstQuarter	25% of the ad watched (videos only).
adPageThird	33.3% of the ad watched (videos only).
adPageMid	50% of the ad watched (videos only).
adPageComplete	Ad watched to the end (videos only).
pausedAdPage	Ad paused (videos only).
resumedAdPage	Ad resumed (videos only).
ctaClicked	CTA button clicked.
