Export dashboard report

Export metrics from the Stories, Moments, and Videos performance dashboards as CSV files. Choose an Engagement report with predefined metrics and dimensions, or a Custom report where you select one content type and 1–4 dimensions. Dashboard exports are separate from the dynamic reports available in the Reports hub.

Export dashboard reports

To export a report:

1. In Arena, go to CMS > Analytics.
2. Select Stories, Moments, or Videos.
3. Click Export report.
4. Select a report option:
   • Engagement: predefined engagement report (exported as ZIP with multiple CSVs).
   • Custom: Select the content type and 1–4 dimensions.
5. Enter a report title.
6. Set the date range (start and end date; default last 30 days).
7. For the Custom report:
   1. Select Media type (content type): Stories, Moments, or Videos (one per report).
   2. Select 1–4 dimensions from the list.
8. Generate and download the report.

Report freshness

The report captures data at the time it is generated. Some information may not appear yet; updates added after processing completes will show up in future reports.

Report content specifications

Engagement report (preset structure)

The Engagement report has a preset structure. In the report configuration, you can set a report title and date range (start and end date). You can't change the metrics, dimensions, or content types — they are fixed as follows:

Metrics: DAU (Daily Active Users), MAU (Monthly Active Users), Unique viewers, Total views

Dimensions: Country, SDK type, Device type, Content ID, Content name

Content type: Stories, Moments, Videos (all three are included)

What you get when you download the Engagement report

When you download the Engagement report, you receive a ZIP file containing multiple CSV files. The ZIP includes one CSV per content type (Moments, Stories, Videos) and per dimension. For example, you get separate files for Moments by country, Moments by SDK type, Stories by story name, Videos by widget, and so on.

File naming: Each CSV is named in the form [ContentCategory]_By_[Dimension]_YYYY-MM-DD_HH-MM-SS, where:

• ContentCategory is Moments, Stories, or Videos.
• Dimension is the breakdown for that file (e.g. Country, Content_Type, SDK_Type, Widget, or the content name: Moment_Name, Story_Name, Video_Name).
• YYYY-MM-DD_HH-MM-SS is the date and time the report was generated (all files in the same download share this timestamp).

Example filenames: Moments_By_Country_2026-03-14_13-59-13, Stories_By_Story_Name_2026-03-14_13-59-13, Videos_By_Widget_2026-03-14_13-59-13.

Custom report (configuration)

For a Custom report you configure:

1. Report title: Enter a title for the report.
2. Date range: Start date and end date (default: last 30 days).
3. Media type: Select one content type: Stories, Moments, or Videos.
4. Dimensions: Select 1–4 dimensions from:
   • Country
   • Device type
   • Content name
   • Widget page type
   • Creation type
   • System ID
   • Subject type
   • Labels
   • SDK type
   • Content ID
   • Widget location
   • Created by
   • Rule template
   • System name
   • Application name
